One of our favorite ways to eat EC : coarsely grate 1/2 an apple (preferably a tart crisp variety like granny smith) and add to 1/2 cup (or more) of your favorite yogurt. If you like sweet, drizzle a little maple syrup on top, a dash of cinnamon and a hint of salt. Mix well and top with a couple table spoons of Ethereal Cereal for the most perfect breakfast bite, snack or sweet treat ever. Its light but filling. Salty and sweet with a slight tang.
